Introduction and Acceptance
djbet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "our" or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service operated for players in Bangladesh. By accessing this website or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and form a legally binding agreement between you and djbet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
This document must be read alongside djbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents are considered an integral part of these terms and conditions.
Account Registration
To open an account or use any service on djbet, you must register by providing accurate and complete information. If the information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to cancel the account.
2.1 Single Account Requirement
Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts and balances may be confiscated.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
djbet may at any time request verification of your identity, age or payment method. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be required for verification. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow third parties to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
djbet is operated for persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
In addition, the following persons may not open an account or use services on djbet:
- Those who have registered for self-exclusion;
- djbet officers, employees or their close relatives;
- Those who reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on djbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
4.2 Deposit Terms
Deposited funds must come only from a payment method belonging to the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such deposits may be returned. Betting with funds from credit cards or loans is prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
djbet reserves the right to complete verification before processing a withdrawal request. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance. Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible.
4.4 Fraud and Irregular Activity
If fraud or suspicious activity is detected in any transaction, djbet reserves the right to cancel that transaction and freeze the associated balance. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.
Bonuses and Promotions
djbet offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page. General bonus policies are outlined below:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered players can receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus.
- Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household or payment method.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another account.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion document; expired bonuses will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program Cashback
djbet offers players weekly cashback across four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, and Platinum — up to 1.5%. Tier progression is determined based on player activity and usage. The specific cashback calculation will be made according to the method set by djbet.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
If bonus abuse or systematic betting intended to exploit bonus benefits (such as low-risk opposing bets or "arbing") is detected, djbet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings earned.
Betting Rules
All bets on djbet are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, unless evidence of a technical error or abnormal circumstances is found.
6.1 Odds and Results
Displayed odds are subject to change and the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply. The official announcement of the relevant authority will be considered final for determining event results.
6.2 Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though different arrangements may be made according to the specific rules of the event. Specific rules for cricket events (such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) or football events (such as the FIFA World Cup) are published separately.
6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
The maximum winnings from a single bet or combination bet will be subject to the limit set by djbet. This limit may be reviewed periodically.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the djbet platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and confiscation of the associated balance:
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities;
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits;
- Using software bots, automation scripts or unauthorised third-party tools;
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking;
- Colluding with other players to fix matches or attempting to influence the outcome of any event;
- Registering an account with false information or identity fraud;
- Conducting transactions using a third party's card or account.
Account Suspension and Closure
djbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including without prior notice. However, this action is generally taken in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions;
- Failure to complete identity verification;
- Irregular or suspicious activity;
- At the account holder's own request (including self-exclusion).
If a valid balance exists and no violation is found, the applicable amount will be returned even after account closure. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.
Responsible Gaming
djbet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and we are committed to ensuring it does not become a problem. We encourage players to play responsibly.
9.1 Self-Control Tools
Players can set deposit limits, betting limits or self-exclusion for a specific period on their account. Contact our support team to activate these features.
9.2 Age Verification

The collection, storage and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. djbet uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security technology to keep your data safe.

Limitation of Liability
djbet endeavours to provide uninterrupted service wherever possible, but we are not liable in the following circumstances:
- Internet connection disruption or issues with the user's device;
- Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers;
- Natural disasters, cyberattacks or other unforeseen events;
- Service interruption due to government directives or legal orders.
djbet is not liable under any circumstances for indirect or consequential losses. In the case of direct losses, our liability will always be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
Changes to Terms
djbet reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the website and/or sent to the registered email address.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request to close your account at any time.
